How does ordering work?

Choose your products and quantities, select 1–3 shared flavor preferences, and tell us about your occasion. F&F will review your request and contact you to confirm availability, final pricing, and pickup details. Sending a request does not reserve an order or a pickup slot.

Where and when is pickup?

Orders are collected by arrangement in Indianapolis. Request your preferred future pickup date in the form. F&F will confirm it, decline it or discuss an alternative with you, then agree on a pickup time and share the address privately. One requested pickup date applies to the entire order.

Where can I see prices?

Current product details, approximate servings and price ranges appear at the start of the order form when requests are open. Final pricing depends on your flavor selection and design details. Custom colors and styling are included.

How do flavors work?

Choose 1–3 flavor preferences for the whole request. F&F will confirm the combinations and how they are used across your products. Seasonal and Other flavor requests are subject to confirmation.

How do I pay?

Choose cash or Venmo as your preference. F&F will settle the payment arrangements with you during correspondence. Sending a request does not charge you.

Can I share an invitation or design inspiration?

Yes. Add notes, an invitation, inspiration images or PDFs in the form. Upload up to three files, no larger than 10 MB each. References guide a custom design; an exact reproduction is not guaranteed. Customer reference files are not used as public gallery images.

What about allergens or practical questions?

Please include any allergy, ingredient, dietary, storage or transport questions with your request. F&F will discuss these with you during correspondence before confirming the order.

What if requests are paused?

F&F manages request intake. If the form is paused, please check back later. Pausing requests does not cancel an existing request or confirmed order.
